DTP Student Advisory Board (SAB)

The E4 DTP Management Team values open communication and is committed to making continuous improvements based on student feedback.  The Student Advisory Board (SAB) gives students the opportunity to share their views, provide input, and suggest changes to enhance the DTP experience. Participation on the SAB is voluntary and open to all DTP students interested in shaping the future of the programme. 

The SAB meets once a year in December.  Additionally, members may also be asked to join ad-hoc boards, such as the E4 DTP Training Management Board in February, and offer their insights on DTP activities directly to the management team. After each SAB meeting, members create a written report summarising the key points discussed, to which the management team formally responds. 

Expectations for SAB Members

SAB members are expected to: 

• Attend the SAB meeting once a year, where possible. 
• Collect and organise feedback and suggestions from DTP students on the DTP activities, to share with the DTP Management team during the SAB meeting
• Draft and submit a SAB report following the meeting. 
• Offer advice and share their perspectives on DTP matters as needed throughout the year. 

By joining the SAB, members play a crucial role in ensuring the DTP remains positive to student needs and perspectives.
